Your role
We are strengthening our controlling team with a Business unit Controller. With us you will have an important role to play within finance business and financial control. If you want to work in an exciting business where you support decision makers and truly create value, this is the role for you!
Placement for the role is in Docksta. You will report to Saab Kockums financial manager and deputy CFO with placement in Karlskrona. Therefore it´s important that you feel comfortable having your manager at a distance, even if you will of course work very closely together. Introduction will take place both in Karlskrona and at our Docksta site. A few business travels will be part of the job, mostly within Sweden.
Kockums Finance is responsible for supporting our business units and projects. Besides beeing a natural part of the finance team, we spend a great deal in projects and management teams where project management, planning and purchasing are important contact areas.
Main tasks:
* Responsibly for monthly closing for Docksta
* Planning and reporting
* Responsible for budget, forecasts, financial statements and financial reports
* Participate in calculations as well as presentations in steering groups and management groups
* When needed, participate in follow-up meetings with the customer
* Consolidate processes and possibly systems with Saab Kockums
Your profile
We are looking for an all-round person who both wants and can take on the challenging task of modernizing the Docksta's finance function, but at the same time thinks it is fun to work with the ongoing controlling tasks. To be successful and thrive in your role you need to have a proactive and commercial approach as well as a structured and analytical mind. We are looking for you who can challenge the organization in a supportive way in order for us to deliver excellent results. High integrity and understanding of what drives profitability is a prerequisite for the role. The role include vast collaboration with stakeholders within and outside the organization and we are looking for you who enjoy and successfully build networks, trust and long-term relationships. You know how to get people on board and can motivate and coach your co-workers to reach progress.
Required skills:
* A few years' experience and ability to work independently with above mentioned tasks
* MSc in Economics
* Experience from accounting, handling monthly closings, budget, forecasting and reporting
* Good knowledge in Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Desired skills:
* Experience of financial systems such as BWO and HFM (group reporting tools). Mercur (report and analysis tool) under implementation.
This position require that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

You will be part of a team of 15 experienced colleagues located in Karlskrona and Malmö and a couple of colleagues working close to finance in Docksta.
